Denial of Mother’s Appeal

Mother demanded that Father not transport young child in bike buggy because it was allegedly dangerous for the child. Mr. Thomas represented Father. Father prevailed at the trial court level. Mother appealed. Mr. Thomas convinced the appellate court to deny Mother’s appeal.
